A great view from the tee for a downhill tee shot where the longer players will get a great kick from a downslope on the landing area. A bunker left in the second shot area guards the favored side from which to hit the approach to the green.

This hole is named for Captain John Higgins: 1832-1882

After wrecking on the Caroline Islands in the Pacific, he made lemonade out of lemons by marrying a local woman and living out his life there.

The golf courses are open to General Public play and riding carts (single rider) and rental push carts are available. Riding carts must be reserved at the time you make your reservation. Reservations may be made one day in advance by calling 508-896-1716. Reservations are required for all play - WALK-ONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
