- Update on financials, course operations, and membership numbers, including memo to selectboard on membership target – Jay Packett
- Jay reviewed the budget status, comparison reports, and projections for the calendar year and fiscal year.
- Jay reviewed course operations, March total play, and rounds of golf.
- Membership status for both Brewster and non-Brewster residents was reviewed.
- Target membership analysis was reviewed, and the information will be shared at the select board meeting on April 28, 2025
- Update on course conditions, spring projects, and staffing – Colin Walsh
- Maintenance staffing was reviewed, as many seasonal employees have returned.
- Course conditions were reviewed, including the aeration schedule and results.
- Plans and projects for spring were outlined.
- Update on maintenance building, designer selection, and schedule – Andrea and David
- Currently, there are no updates available.
- Update on fortieth anniversary, book, and tournament – Gerry Healy and Jay Packett
- The book is complete and on sale at the Pro Shop.
- The tournament will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025, using a portion of each course to format the original course. Details followed.
- Questions and comments from associations and liaisons
- Mike Moore, a member of CCMGA, provided an update on recent developments within the association.
- Review and approve minutes for 3/11/25

- The 4/22/25 meeting is canceled.
