United States - Within The 48 States

Standard Delivery Items: In-stock merchandise will ship within 48 hours from the time we receive your order and payment.

Out of Stock Items: Items that our temporarily out of stock are indicated alongside the item with other product information. The estimated time the item will be available is provided. The item will be shipped at that time to you. If there are circumstances beyond our control that prohibits us from fulfilling the order, you will be notified via email immediately.

Orders are shipped either United States Post Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

When placing an order you must supply us with your street address whether or not we are shipping to a post office box.

Shipping time depends upon where you live in the US. We have no control over delays from the shipper. We do however, keep a tracking on all packages that leave our warehouses. For an exact ship time, email us or call us at 508-487-3441 and a representative will be sure to quote you an estimated ship time.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Massachusetts. 

Our shipping price indicated alongside each item is the cost including insurance.

United States - Alaska & Hawaii

*All above apply except: Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via USPS Priority service. There is no additional charge for this service, the quoted shipping cost alongside each item applies.

USPS Priority Two day Service may take an additional one or two business days to customers in Alaska and Hawaii.

UPS does not provide ground service to Alaska and Hawaii however if you would like a shipping quote via UPS Air, we would be happy to provide you with a quote. Just email us or call a representative at (508) 487-1346.

International Shipments (including Shipments to Canada)

Our shipping prices quoted alongside each item is for shipments to US customers only.

Our FREE SHIPPING offer only applies to customers within the US, Alaska and Hawaii.

We ship International orders via USPS International Ground Service and the ship time depends upon where the order is being shipped. For quicker International AIR service, you must email us for a shipping quote.

To determine the shipping cost of International shipments (including Canadian orders), take the shipping cost alongside the item you ordered and ×2 to get your shipping cost.

example: If the shipping is $4.55 take $4.55 × 2 = $9.10 is the international shipping cost (including Canadian Customers).

We reserve the right to refuse orders to certain areas in the world.

Oversized items cannot be shipped international. If you have questions determining an oversized item, please email us or call a representative at 508-487-3441.

Paws & Whiskers will gladly refund or exchange an item that you wish to return — however, it must be returned to us within 14 days from the time you receive your order. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition.

Any personalized or customized items are not returnable. The sale of these items is final.

All returns must be sent back to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the safe return of the items. When returning items to us, be sure to insure your package. C.O.D. returns cannot be processed.
