Golf Course Online Store thoroughly inspects all merchandise before shipping it to our customers. If you receive an item damaged in shipping, you must contact us to place a damage claim within 48 hours from the time you receive the package. You may do so by either emailing us at
returns@captainsgolfcourse.com
or by telephone at 508-760-3236.
At the time you place your claim, one of our representatives will give you instructions on what to do with your damaged item.
Once your claim has been handled, a replacement item will be sent to you right away. We may not always be able to replace the item. In such cases a full refund including shipping will be issued to you.
