Return Policy

Clothing must be returned in original unused condition for store credit only. 

There are no cash or credit card refunds.

All returns, other than defective merchandise must be at your own expense. You are responsible for the safe return of the items. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

 

Damages Policy

The Captains Golf Course Online Store thoroughly inspects all merchandise before shipping it to our customers. If you receive an item damaged in shipping, you must contact us to place a damage claim within 48 hours from the time you receive the package. You may do so by either emailing us at returns@captainsgolfcourse.com or by telephone at 508-760-3236.

At the time you place your claim, one of our representatives will give you instructions on what to do with your damaged item.

Once your claim has been handled, a replacement item will be sent to you right away. We may not always be able to replace the item. In such cases a full refund including shipping will be issued to you.
