The consulting report completed by The Golf Consulting Group, LLC entitled "An Operational Analyses of The Captains Golf Course" is available on-line for the public to view. Please CLICK HERE to view the report.

'Friends of the Captains'  is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization formed to support programs and purchase items that aren't covered within the Captains' normal operating budget. The 'Friends' have sole control of any funds donated to them. These supplemental funds will be used to purchase high quality items that would be more durable than those currently at the Captains Golf Course.

Officers of the 'Friends' are:

President - Cindy Bingham; Vice-President - George Metzgar; Treasurer - Jeff Odell; Secretary - Judy Miller

For a $5.00 annual membership fee you can join 'Friends of the Captains' and help the Captains Golf Course maintain its reputation as the premier golf facility on Cape Cod.

The Starboard Course is open on regulation tees and greens. Carts are available, weather permitting. Tee times are recommended as when the weather is warm the golfers flock to the course. Tee times may be reserved by calling 508-896-1716 or Click Here to reserve on-line.

The Captains Golf Course has "Off-Season" memberships available. The "Off-Season" runs from September 6, 2011 through March 31, 2012. There are unrestricted membership categories for both Brewster and non-Brewster residents as well as an afternoon membership category for Brewster residents only. The Captains Golf Course has added a SoloRider to its golf cart fleet. This vehicle, with an electric lift seat, allows golfers with disabilities the opportunity to play golf. The cart is allowed to go anywhere on the course. Call the Pro Shop at (508) 896-1716 for more details.

Once again, the Captains Golf Course was voted the Best Golf Course on the Lower Cape by the Cape Cod Life magazine readership. The Lower Cape consists of Brewster, Harwich, Chatham, and Orleans.

This off-season the Captains Golf Course completed some course improvements that include tee renovations on Port #1, Port #11, and Starboard #13; sink hole repairs on Port #1, Port #10, Starboard #10 and Starboard #13; and clearing the weeds on Port #14. Come on out and see the upgrades.
