To download and print an Annual Fee Player (AFP) application form, please read below to determine which category will provide the appropriate AFP application for you:
Please be aware that a separate application and fee are required to join the "Captains Course Men's Golf Association", the "Captains Women's 18 Hole Association", or the "Captains 9 Hole Women's Association". These applications are available to be downloaded and printed below.
Brewster Resident Adults or Juniors, please Click Here for your AFP application.
"Charter"Non-Residents (continuous Non-Resident members since 1985), please Click Here for your application.
Non-Brewster residents that are not "Charter" Non-Resident AFPs, please Click Here for your AFP application.
For a Captains Course Men’s Golf Association application, please Click Here.
